This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the mobile game (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") developed and operated by our team. By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you acknowledge and agree to all the following terms. If you do not agree to this policy, please stop using the Game immediately.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Automatically Collected Anonymous Non-Personal Data

When you launch the Game, we automatically collect anonymized technical and game data without requiring you to provide any identifiable personal information:

Device Metadata: Anonymous Device ID, Device Model, iOS Version, Screen Resolution, Network Type, System Language, and Time Zone;

Game Behavior Data: Mining Level Records, Gem/Gold Collection Statistics, Level Target Progress, Game Duration, Item (2x Multiplier) Usage, In-Game Inventory, and Click Operation Logs;

Diagnostic Logs: Game Crash Records, Frame Rate, and Loading Performance Data, used to fix technical bugs.

1.2 Voluntarily Provided Personal Information

We will never proactively solicit sensitive personal data from you. We will only receive the following information voluntarily submitted by you:

Contact email: Collected only when you send feedback, bug reports, or privacy inquiries through our customer service channels;

Text feedback you manually enter in the game support form.

1.3 Data We Will Never Collect

Unless you expressly consent in writing, we will not collect or store your full name, phone number, home address, precise location, camera photos, album contents, payment vouchers, social media account information, or other sensitive private information.

2. How We Use Your Information

All collected data will only be used for legitimate game operation and optimization purposes:

Game Feature Support: Saving your mining level progress, gem balance, and upgrade item inventory so that your game data can be restored when you reopen the game;

Technical Maintenance and Bug Fixes: Analyzing crash and performance logs to resolve issues such as latency, display errors, and loading failures, adjusting level difficulty and reward balance to provide a smoother gaming experience;

Summary Statistical Analysis: Generating fully anonymized player activity group reports to optimize game level design and in-game treasure mechanics;

Customer Support: Responding to your feedback, resolving technical issues, and handling your privacy-related requests when you contact us via email;

Anti-Cheat Security: Identifying abnormal game behavior to maintain a fair mining experience for all users.

We will never sell, rent, trade, or share any data you collect with any third party for commercial marketing or profit purposes.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

This game integrates a limited number of compliant third-party SDKs to support core operation. All SDKs handle anonymized data under strict data protection protocols:

Adjust Attribution SDK: Collects anonymous session and device data to track game installs and player activity trends; all data is untraceable to any individual.

Crash Reporting Tool: Captures crash logs without personally identifiable identifiers to expedite bug fixing.

All third-party partners must comply with Apple App Store privacy regulations, GDPR, and CCPA. They may not use your game data for independent cross-app tracking or unauthorized advertising without your explicit consent.

4. Camera and Photo Library Permissions (where applicable)

If you choose to upload a custom avatar or save game screenshots:

Camera access is only used to take photos of your in-game profile avatar;

Photo library read permission is only used to select local images to customize your avatar;

Photo write permission is only used to save game treasure screenshots to your device's photo album.

We will never access your camera or photo library without your explicit click on the relevant function buttons. All media files are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to the server unless you submit them manually.

You can disable camera/photo permissions at any time through your iOS device settings; this will not affect the core mining game.

5. Data Storage and Security

Storage Scope: Your local mining progress data is stored only on your mobile device. Anonymous aggregated statistics and crash logs are stored on encrypted, regulatory-compliant remote servers.

Data Retention Period: Local game data will remain on your device until you clear the game cache or uninstall the app. Anonymous server logs will be automatically deleted after 12 months. Your support emails will only be saved until your issue is fully resolved.

Security Guarantee: We use industry-standard encryption, access control, and regular server audits to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, or deletion of your data. Please note that no digital storage or transmission method can guarantee 100% absolute security.

You retain full control over your game-related data.
