Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Nod Taxi app (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed by ELNUR APK (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) and offered as a free service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it. Attempting to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative versions is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

2. Personal Data Collection and Usage

To provide its taxi services effectively, the Application collects, processes, and stores personal data, which may include but is not limited to:

Full Name

Gmail address (Google Account)

Phone number (if provided)

Current and past ride locations (pickup and drop-off)

Device ID and IP address

Profile information related to your use of the service

In-app communication and ride history

Payment information (where applicable, via integrated payment systems)

This data is required for the functionality of the taxi service, including user identification, ride requests, trip tracking, and communication between drivers and passengers.

By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes described.

3. Security and Usage Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and ensuring authorized access to the Application. Rooting or jailbreaking your device may affect functionality and compromise security, which the Service Provider is not responsible for.

4. Third-party Services

The Application uses third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions. These include, but are not limited to:

Google Play Services

Google Analytics for Firebase

Firebase Crashlytics

We encourage you to review their policies as well.

5. Connectivity and Charges

An active internet connection is required for full use of the Application. The Service Provider is not responsible for functionality issues caused by lack of connectivity or data limitations.

If using the Application on a mobile network, you are responsible for any data charges, including roaming fees. It is assumed you have permission from the bill payer if you are not the account owner.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider aims to provide a reliable and up-to-date Application but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service Provider accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

7. Updates and Termination

The Application may be updated occasionally. It is your responsibility to install updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination:

Your license to use the Application will be revoked.

You must stop using and remove the Application from your device.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and you are advised to review it periodically.
