1.1 Account Information: To manage your subscription, we collect your email address, name, and account preferences.

1.2 Activity & Status Data: We analyze and log publicly available "online/offline" status indicators of the phone numbers you choose to monitor. This includes timestamps, duration of activity, and frequency of use.

1.3 Device & Technical Logs: We collect IP addresses, device identifiers (UUID), operating system versions, and app performance logs to ensure service stability and prevent unauthorized account sharing.

1.4 Payment Data: All financial transactions are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

2. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
We process your data based on Contractual Necessity and Legitimate Interest:

Service Delivery: To generate the activity charts, status alerts, and statistical reports you requested.

Security: To protect our infrastructure against DDoS attacks, fraudulent subscriptions, and automated bot activities.

Improvement: To optimize our tracking algorithms and user interface based on anonymized usage patterns.

3. Data Protection and Cybersecurity
GetLog utilizes a "Security-First" architecture:

We do not keep data longer than necessary:

Activity Logs: Automatically deleted or anonymized after 30 days of inactivity.

Subscription Data: Kept for the duration of the active subscription plus a grace period required by tax laws.

Immediate Deletion: Upon account deletion, all personal data is purged from our production servers within 72 hours.

7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
GetLog is designed as a tool for parental supervision and family safety. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of GetLog complies with local regulations regarding the monitoring of minors.

Your information may be stored and processed on secure servers located in the United States and the European Union. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure that your data receives the same level of protection regardless of where it is processed.
