Gainify – Child Safety Standards

Introduction

Gainify is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) within our app. These standards outline how Gainify prevents, handles, and reports harmful activity involving minors.

This policy applies to all users and to all features of the Gainify application.

Prohibited Content Gainify does not allow child sexual abuse or exploitation, child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, solicitation, attempts to contact a minor for sexual purposes, attempts to create, share, request, or distribute illegal material involving minors, or any content or behavior that puts minors at risk. Users who violate these rules will be banned and may be reported to law enforcement.

Reporting and Response Process Gainify removes suspected illegal or harmful content involving minors as soon as it is detected or reported. We preserve information when required by law and report cases to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Gainify complies with all applicable child protection and safety regulations.

User Reporting Tools Gainify provides an in-app reporting feature that allows users to report harmful or suspicious content directly. All reports are reviewed by the Gainify safety team.

Enforcement Actions Gainify may remove content, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, block devices or IP addresses, and report violations to law enforcement when necessary.
