Invoice App is a software service.
You remain responsible for the business information, invoice information, customer information, tax information, descriptions, prices, payment information, and other content that you enter into the application.
We do not claim ownership of your invoices or your underlying business records merely because you use our Service.
We process such information only to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Service, or for other purposes permitted by applicable law and this Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis or authorization to provide personal information relating to other individuals to Invoice App.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of customer information that you enter into Invoice App.
If you enter another person's personal data, you are responsible for providing any notice or obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
6. DEVICE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
We may automatically receive limited technical information from the device or browser used to access Invoice App.

Local storage may continue to exist even after you uninstall the application.
Therefore, uninstalling Invoice App does not necessarily mean that all locally stored information has been securely deleted.
You should use the deletion/export functionality provided by the application where available and independently delete application data from your device when appropriate.
9. CLOUD STORAGE AND BACKUPS
If Invoice App provides cloud synchronization, backup, or restoration functionality, your information may be transmitted to and stored on our servers or infrastructure operated by third-party cloud service providers.
Where you explicitly choose a third-party backup service, such as a cloud storage provider, information may be transferred to that provider according to your instructions and that provider's terms and privacy policy.
Google Drive Backup
If Google Drive backup is enabled:
You choose whether to use the backup feature.
Backup data may be stored in your Google Drive account.
We may use Google's APIs to perform the requested backup or restoration.
Google may process information according to Google's own policies.
Invoice App does not control Google's infrastructure.
Deleting information from Invoice App does not necessarily delete copies previously stored in your external cloud account.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your third-party backup account.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may use third-party service providers to operate the Service.
Depending on the implementation of Invoice App, these providers may include:

13. PAYMENTS
If Invoice App introduces paid features, payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors or app-store providers.

We generally do not need to store complete card numbers or banking credentials when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor.

27. GOOGLE SERVICES
If you choose to use Google services with Invoice App, including Google Sign-In or Google Drive backup, certain information may be processed through Google APIs.
Google's own privacy practices apply to Google's processing of information.
Invoice App only requests permissions reasonably necessary for the functionality you choose to use.
If you revoke Google permissions, certain Invoice App features may stop functioning.
28. DATA EXPORT
Where export functionality is available, you may be able to export your information into formats supported by Invoice App.
Exported information becomes your responsibility once it leaves our controlled environment.

Loss of exported files
Unauthorized sharing
Modification of exported files

29. BACKUPS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
Where backup functionality is provided, it is intended as a convenience and not as a guaranteed disaster-recovery service.

User deletion
Corruption
