Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CAAS ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you play Forms! (the "Game").

Information We Collect

Your progress (levels, stars, scores and achievements) and your settings are saved only on your device. The Game has no accounts and never asks for your name, email, location or contacts.

The age screen asks for your year of birth. The Game uses it once to work out an age group (under 13, 13 to 15, or 16 and over) and saves only that group, never the year itself.

If Android backup is turned on for your device, Android may include the Game's save file in your own Google account backup so it can be restored on a new phone. We cannot access it.

How We Use Information

Information is used only to run the Game: to keep your progress, to decide which kind of ads may be shown and, where allowed, to understand how the Game is played and to fix crashes. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Advertising

The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob to players aged 13 and over. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information from your device, such as the advertising ID, IP address, device model and how you interact with ads. Your age group changes how ads are handled:

  • Under 13: no ads are shown and no ad requests are made.
  • 13 to 15: ads are requested as under the age of consent and are never personalized.
  • 16 and over: ads may be personalized. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google's consent form (the User Messaging Platform) asks for your choice first, and you can review or change it at any time in Settings > Privacy & Ads Consent.

You can change your age answer at any time in Settings > Age Range, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings.

Analytics and Crash Reports

The Game uses Firebase Analytics to understand overall usage, such as which levels are played and which screens are opened, and Firebase Crashlytics to receive a report when the Game crashes. Both are turned on only for players aged 16 and over and, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, only after you give consent through Google's consent form. They are never turned on for players under 16.

Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following Google services: Google Play Services, Google AdMob and Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics). Each is subject to its own privacy policy:

Data Storage and Security

Your progress and settings are stored on your device and are removed when you uninstall the Game (or, if Android backup is on, when you delete that backup). We take reasonable measures to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13, but anyone can play it, so it asks for a year of birth before anything else. For a player under 13:

  • Nothing is collected. The Game saves only the age group, on the device. It has no accounts, no chat and no way to share personal information.
  • No ads. The ad service (Google AdMob) is not started, so no ads are shown, no ad requests are made and no advertising ID is used.
  • No analytics or crash reports. Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics stay turned off and send nothing.

For parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian, you can:

  • Change the age answer at any time in Settings > Age Range.
  • Delete all of the Game's data on the device by uninstalling the Game (and, if Android backup is on, by deleting that backup from your Google account).
  • Contact us at caasapps@gmail.com with any question about your child's use of the Game. We do not hold any personal information about your child, and we will answer your questions.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be shown here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
