Welcome to FlashFit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the FlashFit mobile application (“App”), operated by Coding Minds, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using FlashFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FlashFit. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use FlashFit for any unlawful or abusive purpose
Upload or share content that is offensive or infringes on third-party rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App’s functionality
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology used in the App are the property of Coding Minds, Inc. or its licensors.
6. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
7. Updates & Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes signifies your acceptance.
8. Disclaimers
FlashFit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated clothing overlays.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coding Minds, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, USA.
