FitFlip Terms of Service

Welcome to FitFlip, a platform that allows users to list, browse, and trade clothing items with others nearby or across the country. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FitFlip mobile application (the “App”) and all related services provided by Coding Minds.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using FitFlip, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our End User License Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these documents, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FitFlip. If you are under 18, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s consent.
3. Account Registration
You are required to create an account to use FitFlip. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep your account credentials confidential.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content you post, including photos, descriptions, and messages.
You agree not to post any illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content.
You agree not to harass, spam, or impersonate others on the platform.
5. Trading and Item Listings
FitFlip does not guarantee the quality, legality, or authenticity of items listed.
All trades or shipments are conducted at your own risk.
FitFlip does not handle payment processing or shipment logistics.
6. Location-Based Services
To offer localized recommendations, FitFlip accesses your location data. You must allow location permissions for full functionality.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FitFlip at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
FitFlip and its creators are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use of the App or transactions with other users.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

FitFlip End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: April 2025
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the FitFlip application (“Software”). This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Coding Minds.
1. License Grant
Coding Minds grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FitFlip on your personal device for non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the Software.
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
3. Ownership
FitFlip and all associated intellectual property are owned by Coding Minds. You receive no ownership rights under this EULA.
4. Updates
FitFlip may periodically provide updates to the Software. These updates are subject to this EULA and may be automatically installed.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Coding Minds may terminate your access at any time if you violate this EULA.
6. No Warranty
FitFlip is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coding Minds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FitFlip.
