Privacy Policy for FinMoto Corp

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

Welcome to FinMoto Corp ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate the FinMoto app, a platform designed to bring bike buyers and sellers together simply and efficiently.

At FinMoto Corp, we value your trust and are dedicated to maintaining transparency in everything we do. Protecting your privacy is our top priority, and we've created this Privacy Policy to clearly explain how we handle information when you use the FinMoto app.

This document outlines what information we collect (or don't collect), how it's used, who it might be shared with, and what choices you have as a user. Please read it carefully to understand our practices.

Information We Collect

No Personal Data from General Users

We've designed the FinMoto app to work without collecting personal data from most users. This means we do not ask for things like your name, email address, home address, or financial details when you browse or use the app as a general user.

Our goal is to keep your experience simple and private, so we avoid gathering unnecessary information from you.

Bike Seller Information

If you're a bike seller using the FinMoto app, we do require one piece of information: your phone number. This is the only detail we collect from sellers, and it's used to help buyers get in touch with you directly.

We don't ask sellers for additional personal details like their full name, bank account information, or other sensitive data. The phone number is all we need to make the connection happen.

No Payment Information

The FinMoto app is not a payment platform. We don't collect money from users, and we don't have a payment gateway built into the app.

This means you won't be asked to provide credit card numbers, bank details, or any other payment-related information when using our service. Transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers, outside of our app.

Data Collection Technologies

Our app does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies to collect information about you.

How Information Is Used

Purpose of the Phone Number

For bike sellers, the phone number you provide is used for one reason only: to allow potential buyers to contact you. This is how we connect people on the app—by giving buyers a way to reach out and discuss the bikes you're selling.

We don't use your phone number for marketing, spam, or any other purpose beyond facilitating buyer-seller communication.

Bike Prices on the App

When you see bike prices listed on the FinMoto app, keep in mind that these are not set in stone. They're just starting points—indicative amounts provided to give you an idea of what a bike might cost.

Buyers are free to negotiate directly with sellers to agree on a final price that works for both parties. We don't control or finalize those prices ourselves.

Finance Amount Estimates

The app may display finance amounts for some bikes. These numbers are manually calculated by our team as rough estimates to help users understand potential financing options.

However, these amounts are not guaranteed. They might change once a customer's profile is verified by a third-party lender or financial institution—something we don't handle ourselves. FinMoto Corp does not offer loans or financing directly.

No Loan Services from Us

To be clear, we are not a lender. We don't provide loans or process financing applications. Our role is to connect users, not to fund transactions.

Sharing Information

Sharing Sellers' Phone Numbers

The only information we share is the phone number provided by bike sellers. This is given to potential buyers so they can reach out to discuss a purchase.

That's the extent of our data sharing—it's limited and purposeful.

No Other Data Sharing

Since we don't collect other personal data from users, there's nothing else for us to share. We don't pass along names, emails, or financial details because we don't have them in the first place.

Our Role as a Connector

FinMoto Corp is a platform, not a data broker. We exist to connect verified bike buyers and sellers, and all users go through a verification process before they can participate. This helps ensure a safe and trustworthy community.

We don't sell data or share it with advertisers, marketers, or anyone outside the buyer-seller connection process.

Third-Party Service Providers

We do not use third-party services that collect or process user data on our behalf.

Data Retention

Seller phone numbers are retained only for as long as the seller maintains an active account. Once a seller deletes their account, their phone number is permanently removed from our systems.

Your Rights and Choices

Deleting Your Account

If you decide you no longer want to use the FinMoto app, you can delete your account whenever you'd like. Just reach out to us, and we'll take care of it for you.

There's no complicated process—we want to make it easy for you to leave if you choose to.

Limited Data to Manage

Because we only collect phone numbers from sellers (and nothing else from other users), there's not much personal information for you to access, update, or modify.

If you're a seller and want to change your phone number, you can contact us to update it. Beyond that, we don't hold additional data about you.

Data Access and Portability

Sellers can request a copy of their phone number data at any time by contacting us. We will provide this information in a portable, machine-readable format.

Children's Privacy

The FinMoto app is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.

Our Role

Connecting Users, Not Controlling Transactions

FinMoto Corp is here to bring people together—buyers and sellers who want to trade bikes. We don't finalize deals, set prices, or provide loans. That's all up to you, the users, to handle directly with each other.

Customer Support Availability

If you run into issues with the app or have questions, our customer support team is here to help. We're committed to making sure your experience with FinMoto is smooth and straightforward.

Reach out to us anytime you need assistance—we're just an email away.

Security

Protecting the App

We take reasonable steps to keep the FinMoto app secure and running smoothly. This includes basic safeguards to protect the platform from technical issues or unauthorized access.

No Sensitive Data Stored

Since we don't collect sensitive personal or financial information, there's very little risk of data breaches affecting things like your bank details or identity. Our focus on minimal data collection is part of how we keep things safe.

Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach involving seller phone numbers, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering the breach.

International Data Transfers

FinMoto Corp operates servers located in the United States. If you are accessing the app from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our app, you consent to this transfer.

Updates to This Policy

Keeping You Informed

From time to time, we might need to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in how the app works or to comply with new legal requirements.

When that happens, we'll post the updated version on the FinMoto app or our website, and we'll mark it with the new effective date so you know it's current. We will also notify sellers of any material changes to this policy via the app.

We encourage you to check back occasionally to stay informed about our privacy practices.
