I built the Familie Flow app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Familie Flow unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and automatically Use

When you access or use the App, we automatically collect general information about you, including

• Age: We log your age as indicated by you, upon downloading the App. 
• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including information about the device’s software and hardware, unique device identifiers (i.e. Device ID and advertising ID), device tokens for push-messages, mobile network information and time zone.
  
• Geo location: When you visit application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant weekend activies nearby and the current weather. We will not share your current location with other users or partners.

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Geo Location. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

• Different advertising network companies in order to serve advertisements (the data include your IP-address, Device ID and advertising ID).

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;
• To provide the Service on our behalf;
• To perform Service-related services; or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.

Your rights

If you wish to use any of the rights described below, you may contact us at any time by emailing us at thebreadboxapps@gmail.com. We process and answer your requests without undue delay and in any event within one month of our receipt of the request unless a longer period is required due to the complexity of the request. In this case, our response time can be up to three months in total as permitted by Article 12 of the GDPR. 

Right to request access 

You have the right to request access into the data that we are processing on you, see Article 15 of the GDPR, including information about: 

• the purposes of the processing 
• the categories of personal data concerned 
• the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed 
• the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored Furthermore, you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. 

Please note that the access may be restricted due to intellectual property or trade secrets. The right to object You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation when the data are processed based on the balancing-of-interest rule in Section 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, see Article 21 of the GDPR. In this case, we will cease the processing unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. 

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. We will cease the processing of your personal data for this purpose after the objection. Please note that if you exercise this right, your user license to use the App will cease automatically. Right to rectification and erasure You have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified, see Article 16 of the GDPR. Furthermore, you have the right to have your personal data erased where one of the following grounds applies, see Article 17 of the GDPR: • the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, • if you have withdrawn your consent and there are no other legal grounds for the processing, • if you have objected to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, • the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law, • the personal data have been unlawfully processed or • the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services. Please note that your right to erasure may be limited if the data are necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. The right to restriction You have the right to obtain restriction of processing in certain circumstances, see Article 18 of the GDPR. If you have the right to restriction, we will only process your data with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim or to protect a person or important grounds of public interest

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
