This privacy policy describes how YUA Engineering collects, uses, and shares your data when you use the Excavator app.

Data Collection

The Excavator app does not collect any personal data from you. However, the app does require permission to access Bluetooth BLE. This permission is only used to connect to the Bluetooth BLE device that controls the excavator model. In older Android versions, the app may also require permission to access your location. This permission is only used to determine the distance between your device and the Bluetooth BLE device. The location data is not stored, used, or shared anywhere.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

YUA Engineering may change this privacy policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to the policy, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the app.
