By downloading or using the Evolve app, you automatically accept and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document. Therefore, we highly recommend that you carefully read through these terms before proceeding to use the app. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, or making derivative versions of the app, or any part of it, including our trademarks. Any attempts to extract the app's source code or translate the app into other languages are also forbidden. The app, and all associated trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remain the property of Manevolves.
Manevolves is dedicated to ensuring that the Evolve app is as effective and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to update the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. However, we assure you that any charges will be made transparent to you before they are implemented.
The Evolve app stores and processes personal data that you provide to us in order to deliver our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions can expose your phone to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and potentially cause the Evolve app to malfunction or cease working altogether.

It's important to understand that Manevolves cannot assume responsibility for certain aspects of your app usage. For instance, full functionality of the app requires an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. We are not responsible for the app not working at its full capacity if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and have exhausted your data allowance.
If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should be aware that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you're not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, we assume that you've received permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Furthermore, Manevolves cannot assume responsibility for how you use the app. For example, it's your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If it runs out of battery and you're unable to use the Service, Manevolves cannot be held responsible.
While we strive to ensure that all information provided through the app is accurate and up-to-date, we do rely on third parties for some of this information. Therefore, Manevolves accepts no liability for any loss, whether direct or indirect, that you may experience as a result of relying solely on the functionality of the app.
We may wish to update the app periodically. The app is currently available on Android and iOS - the system requirements for both (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change. You'll need to download the updates if you wish to continue using the app. While we aim to keep the app updated so that it remains relevant and compatible with the Android and iOS versions installed on your device, we can't guarantee this. However, you commit to accepting updates to the application when offered. We also reserve the right to discontinue the app and may terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, unless stated otherwise, (a) all rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will cease; (b) you must cease using the app, and if necessary, delete it from your device.
User Conduct
When using the Evolve app, we expect all users to respect others and refrain from abusive or offensive behaviour. This includes but is not limited to, harassment, hate speech, or any other conduct that infringes on the rights or safety of others. Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the app.
Artificial Intelligence Conduct
Please note that Evolve app uses an AI-powered chatbot to interact with users. While we've done our best to guide its responses, the AI may sometimes generate content that is unexpected, does not make sense, or may be perceived as offensive or inappropriate. Manevolves does not endorse or support any offensive or inappropriate statements made by the AI, and all generated chatbot responses should be seen as those from an artificial entity, not a human. If you encounter any such issues, please report it to us immediately via our contact information provided.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Evolve app will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. The governing law will be that of the state or country in which Manevolves is registered.
Limitations and Exclusions of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Manevolves accepts no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) incurred by any user in connection with the Evolve app or these Terms of Use. This includes but is not limited to, loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment or software.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Manevolves harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of the Evolve app, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party. Manevolves reserves the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with our defence of these claims.
Termination of Access
Manevolves reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Evolve app without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease immediately, and you must cease all use of the app.
Updates and Changes to the App
Manevolves reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Evolve app or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that Manevolves will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the app or any part thereof.
Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to revise our Terms of Use periodically. Therefore, we advise you to review this page from time to time for any changes. We will inform you of any changes by posting the updated Terms of Use on this page.
