Studio Aiva built the Everkept app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Studio Aiva at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Information Collection and Use

To provide the core functionality of Everkept, we collect and store data in two ways:

Account Information: Your Email Address is collected and stored securely on Supabase servers. This is used solely for account authentication and to manage your membership status.

Vault Content (Local Only): All asset photos, audio recordings, and text descriptions are stored locally on your device. Studio Aiva does not have access to these files, and they are not uploaded to our servers.

Successor Management

Contact information for Successors is stored on Supabase to ensure the Pulse Check Protocol can function correctly across our infrastructure.

Security & Data Responsibility

We use Supabase for industry-standard encryption of your account credentials. However, because your asset files (photos/audio) are stored only on your device, you are responsible for the physical security of your device. > ⚠️ Important Note: If you delete the app or lose your device, your local vault data cannot be recovered by Studio Aiva, as we do not keep a cloud backup of your files.
