- Account Information: When you register or authenticate via Google Sign-In or email magic links, we collect your email address, name, and basic profile information provided by the identity provider.
- User-Generated Content: To support core app features, we collect content you and your partner intentionally upload or exchange, including task titles, custom quizzes, scores, messages, feedback comments, and photos uploaded as proof of completed tasks.
- Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect certain technical data through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, including your device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and anonymized performance/crash log reports.
- Notification Preferences: We process your gender and notification preferences to deliver tailored seasonal and behavior-based relationship enhancement suggestions.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:
- To facilitate account creation, partner linking, and secure authentication.
- To operate core features, such as processing points, display profiles, sync tasks, and show quiz results between you and your linked partner.
- To securely host and display user-uploaded images/photos provided as proof of completed tasks.
- To send localized, seasonal, and gender-specific automated push notifications and relationship tips.
- To monitor app health, troubleshoot technical crashes, and improve overall user experience via anonymized analytics.

Your privacy is paramount. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third-party marketers. Your data is shared only in the following contexts:
- With Your Partner: Core gamification content (tasks, scores, uploaded photos, comments, and quiz answers) is shared directly with the specific account you have explicitly linked as your partner.
- Service Providers: We utilize reliable third-party infrastructure components (such as Google Cloud Platform and Firebase Services) to host data, process analytical logs, and deliver cloud-based application logic securely.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if strictly required to do so by applicable law or official legal requests.
4. Data Security
We implement robust administrative and technical security measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to maintain your active account profile and active partner synchronization. In accordance with Google Play's developer guidelines, you can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly through the app settings or by contacting us via our official support channel.

EvenSouls is explicitly intended for adult couples. We do not knowingly target, solicit, or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
