This Privacy Policy applies to the EsAI - AI Anime Generator mobile application (the “Application”), developed and operated by Emirhan Salihoğlu (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Application is provided as a freemium service with optional Auto-Renewable Subscriptions and Consumable AI Credit packs available through Apple In-App Purchases.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver high-quality AI anime generation and provide a seamless subscription experience.

A. User-Provided Content

  • Text Prompts & Style Inputs: The text prompts, keywords, anime styles, and parameters you input to generate anime artwork or videos.
  • Uploaded Images (Photo-to-Anime / Animation): If you choose to upload a reference photo for anime conversion or image-to-video animation, the photo is temporarily transmitted to secure AI inference servers strictly for processing your requested generation. We do not use your personal photos to train general public AI models without your explicit consent.

B. Technical and Device Information

  • Anonymous App User Identifier (UUID) to maintain your AI Credit ledger and purchase status.
  • Device model, iOS/iPadOS version, system language, and locale.
  • Anonymous crash diagnostics and performance telemetry.

The Application does not collect personally identifiable information such as your real name, physical address, phone number, or government ID.

2. AI Processing and Generation

  • Anime images and video animations are generated using state-of-the-art cloud AI models (including Fal.ai inference pipelines).
  • Input prompts and images sent for generation are processed securely over encrypted HTTPS connections and are not permanently retained or shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • Generated anime images and videos are saved locally to your device’s sandbox and/or your device's Photo Library (only upon your explicit permission).

3. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & AI Credits

The Application offers optional digital purchases through Apple’s secure In-App Purchase system:

A. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (EsAI Premium)

  • Monthly Premium: $19.99 / month (includes 500 monthly AI Credits).
  • Yearly Premium: $119.99 / year (includes 500 AI Credits per monthly billing cycle).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.

B. Consumable In-App Purchases (Extra AI Credit Packs)

  • 100 AI Credits: $4.99
  • 300 AI Credits: $9.99
  • 750 AI Credits: $19.99
  • Consumable credit packs do not expire and remain associated with your account balance.

C. RevenueCat Subscription Management

We utilize RevenueCat to verify purchase receipts, manage subscription entitlements, and track anonymous credit ledger transactions. RevenueCat may process:

  • Anonymous App User ID
  • Device identifier (IDFV)
  • Transaction timestamps and Product IDs
  • Subscription expiration and renewal status

Payment Security: The Service Provider never receives, processes, or stores your credit card number, banking details, or billing address. All financial transactions are processed directly and securely by Apple Inc.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with trusted third-party service providers who adhere to strict data security standards:

  • Apple Inc.: In-App Purchases (StoreKit), App Store hosting, and crash diagnostics.
  • RevenueCat Inc.: In-App Purchase receipt validation, entitlement management, and subscription status verification.
  • Fal.ai: Cloud AI inference service for generating anime images and rendering animations.

These services receive only the minimum information necessary to perform their respective functions.

5. Local Data Storage & User Control

  • Your generated anime gallery, custom prompt history, and local preferences are stored locally on your device.
  • You can delete your locally stored generated artwork or clear application cache directly within the Application at any time.
  • You can revoke photo library access permissions at any time via your device's iOS Settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) for all network communications between the Application, RevenueCat, and AI generation services to safeguard your data.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be published with an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
