Account Management: To create and manage your user account via Firebase Authentication.
Appointment Booking: To schedule online consultations or clinic visits and store appointment records in Firestore.
Communication: To contact you via phone or WhatsApp for appointment updates, payment details, or medical follow-ups.
App Functionality: To display banners, doctor information, and clinic details.
Support: To respond to comments, questions, and customer support requests.
3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to facilitate our Service. These parties have access to your personal information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Firebase (Google)
We use Firebase products such as Authentication, Firestore, and Crashlytics.
Firebase Authentication: Secure login and registration.
Cloud Firestore: Storage of user profiles and appointment data.

Our app integrates with WhatsApp for communication and payments. When you tap “Book” or “Contact,” you may be redirected to the WhatsApp application.
Data shared on WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information and appointment history to maintain a record of your medical consultations.
Requesting Data Deletion:
If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us at doctor@entdental.com.
Upon request, we will delete:
Your Firebase Authentication account
Your personal details from our Firestore database
Data may be retained if required by law for medical record obligations.
5. Security
We value your trust and use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information. Data is transmitted via secure SSL connections, and Firebase’s industry-standard security infrastructure is used to safeguard your data.
However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children’s Privacy
This Service is intended for general audiences. We collect age information for medical purposes, but do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
