Mapisula Studio ("us", "we", or "our") operates the En Yakın mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
A. Location Data
To provide the core functionality of the Service (finding nearby places and the Proximity feature), we require access to your device's location.

Nearby Search: Your location is used only to query surrounding points of interest.
•
Proximity (Çevre): If you choose to join the Proximity map, your location is shared with other active users. To protect your privacy, all location data shared in this feature is "blurred" by 50-100 meters. Your precise, pinpoint address is never disclosed to other users.
B. Anonymous Authentication
We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This assigns you a unique, random identifier (UID) that allows you to store Tokens and post updates without revealing your real-world identity (such as name or email).
C. Tokens and In-App Purchases
Our Service offers "Tokens" (Jeton) for premium features.
•
All financial transactions are handled securely by Google Play Billing. Mapisula Studio does not collect or store your credit card or bank account information.
•
We only store the balance of Tokens associated with your anonymous UID in our database.
2. User-Generated Content
Users can post "News/Developments" and "Rent/Name Planets" (Advertising).

By posting content, you agree that this information will be visible to other users.
•
Mapisula Studio reserves the right to remove any content that is misleading, illegal, or violates our community standards.

The legal responsibility for any shared content belongs entirely to the user who posted it.
3. Log Data and Diagnostics
In case of an error or crash, we collect data called Log Data via third-party products. This includes device IP, device name, OS version, and crash traces to help us maintain stability.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We integrate the following services:

Google Play Services: Core app functionality and stability.
2.
Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements.
3.
Firebase (Firestore & Auth): Real-time data syncing and anonymous user management.
4.
Sentry: Crash reporting and real-time error tracking.
5.
OpenStreetMap (OSM): Map data and reverse geocoding.
5. Service Disruptions and Disclaimer of Liability
IMPORTANT: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Mapisula Studio shall not be held liable for any temporary or PERMANENT service interruptions caused by technical failures, server maintenance, or unexpected software errors (including but not limited to crashes, unresponsiveness, or bugs).
By using this application and making in-app purchases (Tokens), the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

They use the Service at their own risk.
•
They waive any and all rights to seek compensation, damages, or any legal action against Mapisula Studio in the event of partial or total service failure or if the application becomes unusable.

Mapisula Studio is not obligated to fix software bugs within a specific timeframe or ensure compatibility with all future operating system versions.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
