Terms and Conditions
1. When you access, use, or subscribe to the (Dalil An) application, whether as an advertiser, user, browser, or beneficiary, you acknowledge and agree, without any amendment, restriction, or modification, to these Terms and Conditions and any other policies governing your use of the application's services.
2. These Terms and Conditions are designed to protect and preserve the rights of each of the App Company, users, browsers, and advertisers, whether companies or individuals, and to regulate the legal relationship between them.
3. The terms of this agreement are subject to all applicable laws, regulations, legislation, and systems in force in the State of Kuwait.
First: Terms of Use
When using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Use the App in your personal capacity or on behalf of a person you have the right to represent only, and not use the App as anyone you do not have the right to represent.
2. Ensure the accuracy of all information entered into the App platform, whether user information or material or content entered for sharing or advertising through the App.
3. Do not share any information you do not have the right to publish or share.
4. Do not copy any content from the App and republish it on other sites without the consent of the content owner.
5. App users are responsible for verifying the details of any content published on the App and ensuring the accuracy of the information contained therein.
6. Pay all fees for App services when due.
7. Do not assault any other user within the App or attempt to defraud, lie, or mislead any user. Other.
8. Do not publish, distribute, or upload any defamatory, offensive, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, racist, morally inappropriate, or other unlawful content or information.

10. Do not impersonate the App, its representative, employee, or any other entity that suggests you are affiliated with the App unless you have official permission to do so.
11. Indemnify the injured party against any and all liabilities, losses, claims, expenses (including legal fees), and damages (whether direct or indirect) arising from claims resulting from misuse of the App, including, but not limited to, posting incorrect information or failing to implement the contents of the advertised post.
12. Bear all civil and criminal legal liability resulting from any violation by the User of the Terms and Conditions.
Second: In this article, the following definitions are used:
1. App Services: The App offers services for companies and individuals, whether they are Products, goods, professions, or travel booking and services, etc., for those wishing to benefit from these services through the application. It serves as a link between the producer, the consumer, and the advertising marketer for other services.
2. Advertiser, Subscriber, or Service Provider: The owner of the service, whether a legal person or an individual, who wishes to advertise the service provided through the application.
3. Service Requester or Beneficiary: The person or company wishing to benefit from the services of advertisers and subscribers according to their needs while using the application and the services provided by subscribers through this application.
4. Subscription Fee: The fee paid by the user or advertiser in exchange for publishing their advertisement on the application or using the application's services.
5. Service Value: The amount paid by the beneficiary to the service provider they wish to benefit from.
6. Commission: The predetermined percentage paid to the company that owns the application and is due if the advertiser or user obtains the service advertised through the application.
Third: When displaying any advertisement or service through the application, you understand, agree, and commit to the following:
1. You bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the displayed service data and for providing it to service seekers with complete accuracy and integrity. You bear full legal and financial responsibility in the event that any tampering or concealment of any information about the service provided is proven, or if it is not provided.
2. The price is determined in advance in the advertisement and the specifications are fully met.
3. The advertisement is fully implemented and adheres to all information contained therein, including the value and description of the service, ensuring that it matches the images.
4. The user or beneficiary is obligated to pay the price specified in the advertisement via the application to the service provider, in accordance with established procedures.
5. The service provider is not entitled to the amount paid until the service has been delivered to the beneficiary.
Fourth: When using the reservation service, you understand and agree that:
1. The application's role in this service is limited to facilitating access to the service.
2. The relationship between the application, the advertiser, and the beneficiary is that of independent parties. This relationship is not considered a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between any of them. The application bears no responsibility toward the beneficiaries toward the service provider.
3. When confirming any reservation through the application, this confirmation constitutes a contract between you and the service provider, according to the terms, specifications, and prices displayed on the application.
4. The provisions of the cancellation and refund policy you choose for the service apply to the service. The application.
5. The application disclaims any liability for any damages caused by application users.
6. Pay any fees or commissions imposed by the application for the service.
7. The application will transfer the value of reservations, after deducting the fees and commissions due to the application, to your approved account registered with the application after the end of the reservation period, according to the payment schedule, provided that there are no complaints from the beneficiary related to the service.
Fifth: Limits of Liability:
When using the application, you understand and agree to the following:
1. The application disclaims any liability for sales and purchases within or outside the application, as we are merely advertisers for service providers and we disclaim all liability for any fraud or deception, so everyone should exercise caution.
2. The application does not provide any guarantees and assumes no liability in the event that the user fails to comply with the terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any risks, damages, or consequences.
