COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

When you use our platform we collect and store your information which is provided by you from time to time. We collect the registration details when you register your details like Name,  Job title, Address, Postal code, Email, Phone number, Company name, Company address, profile picture etc. In which some fields are mandatory to fill and some may be remain blank.

At the time, when you login with your phone number, we may collect your device name, IP address, User agent, App check token and phone number. We also may collect your app installation id, app install and uninstall information.

When you upload you vehicles details, we collect registration number and related details about your vehicles. While adding a route we collect the details about route start place, destination place stopages in the middle of route, number of vehicles on the route and its operation frequency etc.

When you upload a new load on the platform, we collect and store the details like, pickup place of load, destination place, price, weight and other related information provided at the time of uploading a load to the platform.  We may collect your location details only when you allow us to do so, at the time of uploading a load. This location is used as the pickup address of the load.

We collect and store the information of your correspondence made to us, the emails you send to us, the messages you send to us or any physical correspondence which made to us. We also may collect the details of telephonic conversation made between you and us while you request to receive a callback from us from the platform. we retain this information to provide better customer support, troubleshoot problems, resolve disputes and research and analysis. we also collect the information about how you use the platform and its services, interact with other users, your platform using behaviour etc.

Eeasy Ship shall not retain sensitive personal data or information for longer than is required for the purposes for which the information may lawfully be used

HOW WE USE YOU INFORMATION

We use your information for internal record keeping. Information such as Name, Address, Job title, Postal code, Company name, Company address, Profile picture etc. is used to keep and manage the user accounts on the Eeasy Ship app. Information related to uploaded load is used to manage the load list of a user. To manage the list of vehicles and routes of a transporter or carrier. To manage the details of bids placed on  users loads by carriers or transporters.

Your uploaded loads are shown in the total cargo list at the CARGO tab for other users of the app such as carriers and transporters. When a interested transporter clicks, Full details of your uploaded load will be visible to him. A transporter can also view the profile of the load owner except the phone number, which is visible only when the load owner checks to make it visible to others. If load owner accepts the bid of a particular transporter on his load, his profile becomes visible to that selected transporter for further load processing.

In case you are a transporter or carrier, your profile is shown on the CARRIERS tab, in the whole list of carriers and transporters associated or registered with the app. The user or visitor on this tab, can view your profile details with added vehicles and routes by you except your phone number until you do not make your phone number visible to others. When you place a bid on a load or cargo and owner accepts your bid, then your transporter or carrier company profile becomes visible to load owner for further processing of accepted bid load.

We use your information to provide the services you request.

We use your information to help the different types of users of platform.

We use your information for better customer service, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, update, customize and enhance your experience, detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activities, enhance our terms and conditions.

We use your information for personalize customer experience, services and contents while using the platform. The information is also used to contact with you when you request and answer your questions and queries.

The information is used to enhance the platform, its services and products, safety and security of users and platform and to grow us.

In case you are a load owner, we may share your profile details such as name, address, email, phone etc., your uploaded load or cargo details with the other users ( transporters and carriers ) in the app to provide them and perform services. Sharing of phone number and location is optional and depends on your choice.

In case you are a transporter or carrier, We may share your profile details such as name, address, email, company name and address, phone, added vehicles list, routes list with the other users or carriers of the app to provide them and perform services. Sharing of phone number is optional and depends on your choice.

To personalize the App for you so you get the smooth and better experience. To perform analytics. We may share your information with service providers for functionality of app and services. 

We may share this information with the governmental and enforcement agencies, to comply with law and to respond to lawful requests, in legal processes,  to help and protect the rights of users and the company, in compliance to any orders or processes; or detecting and preventing against actual or potential occurrence of identity theft, fraud, abuse of Services and other illegal acts.
