This Privacy Policy explains how EasyReply collects, uses, and protects your information.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. User Content (text, screenshots, photos)

We collect text you enter and images you upload only for the purpose of generating replies or improved text.

We do not:

store User Content on external servers

share User Content with third parties

use User Content for training models

User Content is processed in real-time and then discarded.

Some short-term conversation context may be stored locally on your device to support continuous dialog features.

1.2. Analytics Data

The App uses:

Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage data)

Firebase Crashlytics (crash diagnostics)

These services may collect:

device model

OS version

country/region

crash logs

basic engagement metrics

No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected by the App.

1.3. AI Processing (OpenAI API)

Your text and extracted text from images may be sent to OpenAI for AI generation.

OpenAI does not:

store your data permanently

use it to train models (per API policy)

2. How We Use Information

We use data to:

generate rewritten text and reply suggestions

ensure the App functions correctly

fix bugs and improve performance

understand general usage trends (anonymous analytics)

We do not:

sell data

share data for advertising

use data to identify users

3. Data Storage & Retention

3.1. User Content

deleted after generating results

not stored on external servers

optional conversation context stored locally only

3.2. Analytics Data

Stored by Firebase according to their retention policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share data with third parties except:

Google Firebase (analytics & crash logs)

OpenAI (AI text generation)

No personal data is sold or shared for advertising.

5. Age Requirements

The App is intended for users 18 years and older.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect data.
However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

You use the App at your own risk.

7. Your Rights

You may:

delete the App

clear App data

request information removal (if applicable)

Because we do not store User Content on servers, deletion is instant upon removing the App.

8. International Transfers

AI processing and Firebase services may operate in various regions.
By using the App, you consent to data processing in these regions.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
