1. Who we are
This Policy explains what data the Dota2Helper mobile app (the "App") processes and how we use it. Data controller: Individual Entrepreneur Aleksandr Valerevich Tereshchenko, INN 760214634393. Data contact: developer.gabes.lab@gmail.com.
By using the App you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What data we process
We aim to collect as little as possible.
Account. The App requires no registration and does not store your name, email, or other profile on our servers. Premium access is tied to your store account (RuStore or Google Play), not to a database of ours.
Premium purchases. Payment and subscription status are handled by the store (RuStore or Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment details (card number, etc.); the App only sees whether the subscription is active.
Steam (optional, for the "hero pool" feature). If you provide Steam, the App obtains your Steam identifier (SteamID) once, stores it locally on your device, and sends it to the third-party service OpenDota to retrieve your public match history and build your hero pool. We do not store SteamID on our servers. The feature works only if "Expose Public Match Data" is enabled in your Dota 2 settings.
Usage analytics (anonymized). We collect anonymized events (screens opened, feature usage, technical errors) to improve the App. Events do not include your name, email, or SteamID. We use:
- in the RuStore version — AppMetrica only (servers in Russia);
- in the Google Play version — AppMetrica and Google Analytics for Firebase.
Analytics SDKs may collect technical and device data (device model, OS and app version, IP address at the time of the request) and a device advertising identifier. This is used for aggregate product analytics and, in the future, advertising.
Advertising (future). The App may show ads in the future. For that, the analytics/advertising identifier is used to run ads; before launching ads we will update this Policy and request consent where required.
3. Purposes and legal bases

For users in Russia, processing complies with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

We do not sell your data.
5. Where data is processed
AppMetrica processes data on servers in Russia. Google/Firebase and OpenDota may process data outside Russia (including the US/EU). By providing Steam and using the Google Play version, you consent to such transfer for the stated purposes.
6. Retention
Local data (SteamID, hero-pool cache, Premium status) is stored on your device until you remove the SteamID, clear the app's data, or uninstall it. Analytics retention is governed by AppMetrica's and Google's policies.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its deletion and restriction of processing, and withdraw consent. In the App you can remove the SteamID and clear local data on your device. For other requests, email developer.gabes.lab@gmail.com — we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Children
The App is intended for users 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe we have data of a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is published at the hosting address with the update date. By continuing to use the App, you accept the updated Policy.
