5. Data Retention
National identity and registration data is retained as required by Nepali law for permanent recordkeeping.
Firebase data (analytics, crash logs) may be retained for a limited duration per Google’s retention policy, after which it is anonymized or deleted.
6. Cookies & Tracking
The Site uses cookies for authentication, preferences, and session management.
Firebase Analytics may use identifiers or cookies for aggregated usage statistics.
