6. User Subscription Terms
Premium Access: The app may offer premium features including 600+ exam-like questions, advanced practice levels, and an immersive Exam Simulator.
Pricing & Availability: Any available premium plans, including subscription options or one-time lifetime purchases, will be clearly displayed within the app's store section. All prices are subject to change.
Billing: Payments for any premium services are processed securely through the Google Play Billing System.
Automatic Renewal: If you choose a subscription, it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your Google Play Store Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions anytime via your Google Play account. No refunds are provided for active subscription periods.
7. Community Guidelines (User-Generated Content)
No Objectionable Content: Users must not post offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content. We have zero tolerance for abusive users.
Moderation: All user content is subject to moderation. Offending content will be removed within 24 hours.
Reporting: Users can report objectionable content or block other users directly in the app.
8. Data Deletion Instructions
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
Send an email to: 2t.creative.lab@gmail.com with the subject: “Data Deletion Request”.
Include your User ID or the email/social account used to log in.
Message: “I would like to request deletion of my data from the app.” We will process and remove your data within 7 working days.
