# Privacy Policy for Ding!

**Last updated: July 14, 2026**

Ding! (the **"Game"**) is developed and published by **aminhanifm** (**"we," "us,"** or **"our"**). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Android version of the Game.

## Summary

Ding! does not require an account. Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device. The Game uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertising, and Google and its advertising partners may process device and usage data as described below.

## 1. Information stored on your device

The Game stores gameplay progress and preferences locally on your device. This may include:

- Your best score;
- Sound and music settings;
- Vibration settings; and
- Tutorial and gameplay progress.

We do not receive this locally stored data. You can delete it by clearing the Game's storage through Android settings or by uninstalling the Game.

## 2. Advertising and information processed by Google

The Game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform to display banner, interstitial, and app-open advertisements and to manage privacy choices where required.

Depending on your device, region, settings, and consent choices, Google may automatically collect and share:

- Your IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location;
- App interactions, including app launches, taps, and advertisement interactions;
- Diagnostic information, such as app or advertising SDK performance and stability data; and
- Device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available.

Google states that this information is used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention and is encrypted while being transmitted. Google may process information as an independent controller or service provider depending on the advertising service and applicable law.

For more information, review:

- [Google's Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy)
- [How Google uses information from apps that use its services](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites)

## 3. Privacy and advertising choices

Where required, the Game asks for your advertising privacy choices before requesting advertisements. If Google requires a privacy-options entry point for your region, you can reopen it through **Consent Options** on the Game's Settings screen.

You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID through your device's privacy settings. Your choices may affect advertisement personalization, but advertisements may still be shown in a limited or non-personalized form where permitted.

## 4. Information we do not request directly

The Game does not require you to create an account and does not directly request your:

- Name;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Contacts;
- Photos or files;
- Precise location;
- Financial information; or
- Health information.

If you contact us for support or a privacy request, we use the information included in your message only to respond, resolve the request, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

## 5. How information is shared

We do not directly sell your personal information. The information described in Section 2 may be shared with Google and participating advertising partners to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

Advertisements may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those third-party practices.

## 6. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored Game data remains on your device until you clear the Game's storage or uninstall it. We do not operate an account database for Ding!.

Google and participating advertising partners retain information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

You may contact us using the email address below with a privacy or deletion request. Because the Game does not create an account or directly receive a persistent player identity, we may be unable to identify information held independently by third parties. However, we will explain the available controls and handle any information under our control.

## 7. Data security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information we handle. Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 8. Children's privacy

Ding! is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their country.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and delete it where applicable.

## 9. International processing

Google and its advertising partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policies describe the safeguards they use for international transfers.

## 10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its service providers, or applicable legal requirements change. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and publish the revised policy at the same public URL.
