This Privacy Policy describes how the "Diabet" mobile application (hereinafter – the Application), available at:

collects, processes, and protects user data.
1. Medical Disclaimer
The application is intended for logging and calculating parameters related to diabetes, including calculating recommended insulin doses.
All coefficients for calculations (insulin/carbohydrate ratios and others) must be selected and prescribed only by your attending physician.
Each calculation performed by the application must be additionally checked by the user and individually adapted to your body’s characteristics.
The application is not a medical device and does not replace consultation with a doctor.
Children may use the application only under adult supervision.
2. What Data the Application Stores
All data you enter in the application (glucose levels, blood pressure, weight, health parameters, notes, etc.) is, by default, stored only on your device and is not transmitted to the developer or third parties.
Your email address is used exclusively for authorization via Google or Huawei accounts and is not collected separately.
- Health Connect Integration:
To provide the ability to combine data from different applications and devices for comprehensive health analysis, our application may use the Health Connect platform with your explicit consent. As part of this integration, the application requests read access to the following data types:
- Height and Weight: Exclusively for automatic calculation of Body Mass Index (BMI) to provide more personalized recommendations.
- Blood Glucose: To aggregate data from various sources (other applications, glucometers) and analyze it in a unified interface.
- Blood Pressure: To correlate with glucose levels and form a holistic health picture.
- Background Data Access: To ensure reliable background synchronization and timely notifications based on new data from connected apps.
Access to data through Health Connect is granted manually by the user and is optional. All data processing occurs locally on your device or in your secure cloud storage if synchronization is enabled. We do not transfer this data to third parties.
AI Features and LLM Processing.
To power the chatbot and voice assistant, the Application may process your queries using third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers. The content of your requests (including text and speech transcripts) may be transmitted to such providers and logged in anonymized or pseudonymized form to improve quality, safety, and to prevent abuse. We take data-minimization measures and do not intentionally send identifiers beyond what is necessary for service delivery. Do not include personal or sensitive data in free-form text. Where applicable, processing is based on your consent to use these AI features. You may stop using AI features at any time in the Application settings.
Payments via YooKassa.
Subscriptions may be purchased through YooKassa (payment aggregator) in addition to app marketplaces. Your payment credentials are processed on the side of the payment provider; the Application receives only the payment result (success/failure) and transaction ID to activate a subscription. Please refer to the payment provider's own privacy policy for details regarding the processing of payment data.
3. Synchronization via Google or Huawei Account
At your choice, for convenience and backup, you may synchronize your data across your devices using cloud storage via Google (Firebase) or Huawei (Huawei Cloud) services.
In this case, your data is stored in an anonymized and encrypted format in a secure cloud storage bucket, accessible only through your Google or Huawei account.
This data is not used by the developer and is not transmitted to third parties.
4. Use of Third-party Services and Libraries
The application uses Google services (including Firebase), Huawei services, and various third-party software libraries.
Information required for the operation of these services may be processed automatically in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. Technical Data
For crash diagnostics and improved stability, the application may automatically collect anonymized technical data (such as device model, OS version, crash information).
This data is used only for internal analysis and does not contain personal or health-related information.
6. Anonymous Analytics
To improve the quality of the application and analyze its usage, we may collect anonymized analytics data using third-party services such as Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
The collection of such information is performed in an anonymous form and does not allow the identification of the user.
This data is used solely for analysis, bug fixing, and enhancing the application.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription payments are made only through secure payment services (Huawei AppGallery, Yookassa, RuStore).
The application only receives information about the payment result (success/failure) and the transaction ID to activate the subscription.
Banking details, logins, and other payment information are not accessible to the application.
8. Data Disclosure to Third Parties
The data you enter related to your health, as well as your email address, are not disclosed to third parties except as directly required by law.
9. Data Security
We apply standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
The application uses modern methods of information protection, including encryption and secure authorization.
Data synchronized via the cloud is protected by Google or Huawei account authorization and encryption.
10. User Rights
If you have enabled data synchronization via cloud services (Google or Huawei), you have the right to request the deletion of your cloud data archive by contacting our support service.
If synchronization is not enabled, your data is stored only on your device, and we do not have access to it.
11. Consent to Policy
By using the application, you confirm your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
12. Information for Users from the European Union (GDPR)
If you are a citizen or resident of the EU, your rights to access, modify, and delete data are governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If cloud synchronization is enabled, you may, upon request to the support service, receive a copy of your data, have it corrected, or request its deletion.
All data synchronized via the cloud is stored in encrypted form and is accessible only to you.
