a) Account and Login Data
- Username and password
- Profile information (such as name, job title, and profile image, if provided)
- Business/organization code linked to your account
b) Workplace Data Inside the App
Depending on your permissions and usage, this may include:
- Attendance and departure records, and fingerprint/check-in events
- Tasks, sub-tasks, notes, and follow-ups
- Vacation and expense requests
- Announcements and attachments
- Beneficiary and work-team information
- Guarantees, serial numbers, receipts, and related records
c) Location Data
We request location permission to record attendance/departure and confirm field visits within the area defined by your organization. We do not use location data for advertising.
d) Camera and Photo Library
- Camera: barcode scanning, serial-number OCR, and profile image updates
- Photo Library: selecting or saving images for profiles, announcements, or attachments
e) On-Device Biometrics
Face ID or fingerprint may be used to unlock the App locally on your device. This biometric data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
f) Notifications
We may collect a device notification token (such as FCM/APNs) to send alerts related to tasks, requests, or administrative updates.
g) Technical Data
Such as device type, operating system, technical error logs, and connection information needed to operate the service and connect the App to your organization’s server.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information to:
- Operate the App and provide its features
- Record attendance/departure and verify location when required
- Manage tasks, vacations, announcements, guarantees, and work teams
- Send notifications related to your account or work
- Improve performance, security, and troubleshooting
- Comply with legal requirements or requests from your organization as the account/data owner
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared only with:
- Your organization / employer, as the owner of the work account and administrative data
- Service providers needed to operate the App (such as hosting, notifications, or technical support), under appropriate safeguards
- Authorities, when required by law
5. Data Storage and Security
- Workplace data is processed through your organization’s servers or the App’s authorized service provider
- We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access
- No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active, or for as long as required by your organization or applicable law. If an account is closed or a deletion request is made, data will be handled according to your organization’s policy and legal requirements.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law and your organization’s policies, you may:
- Request access to or correction of your information
- Request deletion or restriction of certain processing where possible
- Disable permissions in your device settings (location, camera, photos, notifications)
- Disable biometric login from your device or App settings
For workplace-data requests, you may need to contact your organization’s system administrator.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for professional/organizational use and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
9. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services such as Firebase for notifications or device location services. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you have reviewed the updated policy.
