This privacy policy applies to the 드레스잇 app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Yeo (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application utilizes AI technologies (Google Gemini AI) and storage services (Firebase) to provide virtual fitting and fashion evaluation features.
- **Data Shared**: User-uploaded photos (including physical appearance and face data).
- **Service Provider**: Google (Gemini AI) for image synthesis and fashion analysis.
- **Purpose**: Analyzing the human form to accurately visualize clothing items and provide style feedback.
- **Storage**: Data is stored securely on Firebase Cloud Storage for the duration of the service provision.
- **Consent**: Explicit user consent is obtained before any AI-related data processing.
## Face Data handling (App Store Compliance)
The Application may process photos containing face data to generate virtual fitting results.
- **Collection**: We collect photos provided by users for avatar creation and fitting.
- **Usage**: Solely for generating fitting results and ensuring clothing matches user proportions.
- **Sharing**: Data is shared with Google Gemini AI for terminal processing. We do not sell this data to third parties.
- **Retention**: Data is retained as long as the user maintains an active account. Users can delete their data via the app settings.
## Sensitive Information (Height/Weight)
The Application collects and processes "Height" and "Weight" information provided by the user for the sole purpose of generating accurate 3D/AI avatars. This information is not used for any other purposes.
