How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app. Please note: this action cannot be undone.

Follow these steps:

Open the App and log in to your account.

Go to Settings by tapping the settings icon in the menu.

Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.

A confirmation screen will appear with details about account deletion.

Tap Confirm to proceed.

Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted from our system.

Once your account is deleted:

You will no longer be able to access your data.

All cycle history, logs, and personal information will be permanently erased.

If you decide to use the app again, you will need to create a new account.
