Legal Requirements: We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
  • With our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement

Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

Google Maps Integration: When we use Google Maps Platform APIs, we may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API). Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate your location to provide mapping services.

As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with innovative solutions.

Use of AI Technologies

We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Google Cloud AI. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.

Our AI Products

Our AI Products are designed for the following functions:

  • AI chatbots for crisis support and guidance
  • Natural language processing for conversation analysis
  • Content moderation and safety features
  • Personalized response generation

How We Process Your Data Using AI

All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with our Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties. This ensures high security and safeguards your personal information throughout the process, giving you peace of mind about your data's safety.

  • Understand that AI responses are generated, not human advice
  • Do not rely solely on AI for critical decisions

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

Minimum Age: You must be 13+ years old to use this service, with full functionality available to users 18+ years of age.

  • If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records

In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us using the details provided in the contact section.

Account Information:

If you would like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can contact us directly. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
