This Privacy Policy applies to the Construction To Do mobile application (the “App”), provided by Matthew Sawyer (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Account Information: name, email address, authentication provider user ID (for example, Apple or Google sign-in IDs).
User Content: project/workspace data you create in the app (for example, project names, logs, punch lists, schedules, estimates, materials, meetings, and related app records).
Subscription Information: subscription status, product identifiers, purchase/renewal state (processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system).
Technical Information: app diagnostics, basic device/app usage information, and crash data (if enabled in our backend tools).
We do not collect precise GPS location data through the App.

Backup/log data may remain for a limited period before automatic deletion.
 

7) In-App Account Deletion (Important)
You can delete your account directly in the App:

Sign in -> open top menu on first screen -> Delete account... -> Confirm

When deletion is confirmed, we attempt to delete account-associated cloud data and your authentication account.
If deletion cannot complete due to security/session requirements (for example, recent-login requirement), we may ask you to sign in again and retry.

8) Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at info@constructiontodo.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.


Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.


 

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission.
