This privacy policy applies to the com.star.imagedescriber app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by AiImageDescriber (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
Third-Party Login (Google Sign-In)
When you choose to sign in with Google, the Application collects the following information from your Google account in order to create and manage your account:
Google User ID — a unique identifier used to recognize your account.
Email address — used for account identification, sign-in, and recovery.
Profile name and avatar — displayed inside your account area.
These credentials are used only to authenticate you, link in-app purchases to your account, and provide personalized features. The Application does NOT access your Google password, contacts, Drive files, or any other Google services data. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings.
In-App Purchases and Financial Data
The Application offers optional one-time purchases of virtual "Credits" through Google Play's In-app Billing system. All payments are processed exclusively by Google Play; the Service Provider does NOT collect, transmit, or store your credit card, debit card, bank account, or any other payment instrument.
In order to verify the validity of each purchase, deliver the purchased Credits to your account, prevent duplicate redemption, support refund and chargeback disputes handled by Google Play, and comply with applicable tax and accounting obligations, the Service Provider collects and processes the following data provided by Google Play:
Purchase Token — a unique token issued by Google Play confirming a valid purchase.
Order ID and Transaction ID — identifiers used to reconcile the transaction.
Purchase date and time — used for purchase history and validity checks.
Product ID — which credit pack or product you purchased.

This financial data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the purchased Credits, prevent duplicate redemption, support refund and chargeback disputes handled by Google Play, and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of your purchase history at any time by deleting your account (see Account Deletion below).
Location
The Application does NOT gather precise information about the location of your mobile device (such as GPS coordinates).
The Application may collect your device's approximate location (derived from your IP address), which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location and is used in the following ways:
Geolocation Services: The Service Provider utilizes approximate location data to provide features such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services.
Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps the Service Provider to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.

Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at hello@describepicture.cc and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time using either of the following methods:
Through the App (recommended): Open the AiImageDescriber app, tap the "Me" tab at the bottom of the screen, tap "Account Management", then tap "Delete Account" and confirm. Your account will be removed immediately.
Through our website: Visit https://describepicture.cc/en/delete-account and submit a deletion request with the email address associated with your account.
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data — including your Google User ID, email address, profile information, purchased Credits balance, generation history, and any personal identifiers used for analytics and personalization — within 7 business days.
After deletion, if you sign in again using the same Google account, your previous account data and any remaining purchased Credits CANNOT be restored.

Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at hello@describepicture.cc so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
