Clock Vault – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Clock Vault mobile application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Clock Vault allows users to securely store and manage personal photos, videos, and files on their iOS device.
You agree to use the App:
Only for lawful purposes
In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Without attempting to misuse, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
2. User Content
All files you import into Clock Vault remain your property
You are solely responsible for the content you store in the App
We do not monitor, access, or control your stored content
Clock Vault is not responsible for data loss caused by:
Device damage or loss
App deletion
iOS system issues
User actions or permission changes
3. Permissions
The App may request access to:
Photo Library
Device storage
These permissions are required only to provide core features such as importing, exporting, and securely storing files. You may revoke permissions at any time via iOS Settings, but doing so may limit app functionality.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Clock Vault may offer premium features through Apple In-App Purchases.
Payments are processed securely by Apple
Subscription management, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID
We do not collect or store payment details
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by Apple’s policies.
5. Free vs Premium Features
Some features of Clock Vault may be limited or restricted unless you purchase a subscription. Feature availability may change over time.
6. Delete from Gallery Feature
When importing files, you may choose to delete them from your device gallery after import.
This action is optional and requires user confirmation
Deleted items can be exported back to your gallery at any time
Clock Vault is not responsible for unintended deletions caused by user confirmation
7. App Availability & Updates
We may update or modify the App at any time
Features may change or be discontinued without prior notice
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Clock Vault is provided “as is” without warranties
We are not liable for data loss, device issues, or indirect damages
Use of the App is at your own risk
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated. Users may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country or region of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
