Generate or share inappropriate or offensive content

Attempt to hack or disrupt the Application

Violate any laws or regulations

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Application uses artificial intelligence to generate images, videos, and text.

You acknowledge that:

AI content may not always be accurate or appropriate

The Service Provider is not responsible for generated content

You are responsible for how you use the content

3. User Content

You retain ownership of your input content.

However, you grant the Service Provider a limited license to process your content to provide AI functionality.

You must NOT submit:

Illegal content

Copyrighted material without permission

Sensitive personal data

4. Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services such as:

Poyo AI

OpenAI

Google AI services

Your data may be processed by these services.

The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the Application (excluding user content) belong to the Service Provider.

You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features may require subscription

Payments are handled by App Store / Google Play

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled

Refunds follow platform policies

7. Termination

Access may be suspended if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Application is provided “AS IS”.

No guarantees are made regarding accuracy or availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for:
