ACE OF COSMOS prop. built the CipherPod app (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This SERVICE is provided by ACE OF COSMOS prop. at no cost (unless otherwise specified for premium features) and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors and users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at CipherPod unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service, and to enable its various features, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. This includes, but is not limited to:

Contact and Shipping Information: Phone number and shipping address if you shop with us or require physical deliveries.

Short Video Platform

Investment in Digital Assets
The collection and use of this information will be strictly for providing the digital asset services, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, and ensuring the security of our platform and your activities. We will handle your financial information with a high degree of care.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we (or third-party products we use) may collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, error details, and other statistics.

Children’s Privacy
These Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold if stipulated by local law, e.g., 16 in some parts of Europe for certain processing). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 (or the applicable age). In the case we discover that a child under this age has provided us with personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions. For features like the Short Video Platform, we encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children's online activities.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable law. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
