OVERVIEW

Case Closed is a single-player legal decision simulation game. This policy explains what information the App accesses and stores. The short version: the App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

The App does not collect, store, or transmit:

- Your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials

- Location data (GPS or IP-based)

- Device identifiers (IDFA, GAID, or similar advertising IDs)

- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data

- Crash reports sent to third-party servers

- Payment or financial information

- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data

- Any other personally identifiable information

INFORMATION STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE

The App stores a small amount of data exclusively on your device using the operating system's local storage (iOS: NSUserDefaults / Android: SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device.

- Language preference (TR / EN): remembers your selected interface language

- Game progress and statistics: saves your session, completed cases, and judge rank

This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Google Fonts

The App uses the Google Fonts library to render typefaces. On first launch, font files may be downloaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). After the initial download, fonts are cached locally and no further requests are made. This request transmits only the font file name and your device's IP address. No user identifiers or tracking parameters are included.

No other third-party services are used. The App does not integrate any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, social media SDKs, or crash-reporting services.

INTERNET ACCESS

The App does not require an internet connection to play. All 30 cases and game content are fully offline. The only potential network activity is the one-time font download described above.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is rated 12+ and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at turgay2317@gmail.com.

GDPR (EUROPEAN UNION)

The App does not process any personal data of EU residents. No consent is required because no personal data is collected. For any GDPR-related requests, contact turgay2317@gmail.com.

KVKK (TÜRKİYE)

DATA SECURITY

Because the App does not transmit any personal data, there is no data to secure in transit or on remote servers. All locally stored game data resides in the App's sandboxed storage, accessible only to the App itself.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
