Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the TorqUp app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Fluxorlabs (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service with optional paid features. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
* Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
* The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
* The operating system you use on your mobile device
* Advertising Identifiers: Such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID) used for ad personalization and analytics.
* Transaction Data: Purchase tokens and subscription status provided by Google Play Billing (Note: We do not collect or store credit card details).
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The Application offers a "Premium" subscription (e.g., to remove advertisements). All financial transactions are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store's billing system. The Service Provider does not personally collect, process, or store your credit card or financial information. We receive transaction-related data from Google to grant access to premium features and for account management.
Advertising
The Application uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device’s Advertising ID to serve personalized ads or measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns. You can manage your ad preferences or reset your Advertising ID in your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
Location Data
The Application does not gather precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device. However, the Service Provider may use your IP address to determine approximate geographical location for:
* Geolocation Services: To provide personalized content and relevant recommendations.
* Analytics: To analyze user behavior and trends.
Personally Identifiable Information
For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email Address, Password, Name, User Avatar, and Device ID. This information is used for account authentication, security, and to sync your data across devices.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you'd like them to delete data provided via the Application (such as your account email or garage history), please contact them at <fluxorlabs@gmail.com>.
Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately.
Security
The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this page regularly for any changes. Continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
