This Privacy Policy applies to the Canada Citizen Exam 2026 mobile application, operated by Carlos Andrés Ayala Perdomo, referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider.”

Information Collection and Use

Canada Citizen Exam 2026 does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal information or usage data.

The Application does not require users to create an account and does not collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, physical addresses, precise location, contacts, photographs, device identifiers, IP addresses, browsing history, or advertising information.

Local Study Progress

Study progress, selected answers, scores, preferences, and saved examination progress are stored locally on the user’s device. This information is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by the Service Provider.

Users may remove this locally stored information by using the reset option within the Application or by deleting the Application from their device.

Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

The Application does not use advertising services, remarketing services, analytics tools, tracking technologies, cookies, pixels, or third-party SDKs for tracking users across applications or websites.

Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application offers optional Premium access through an automatically renewing subscription.

All purchases, subscription management, billing, payment information, renewals, and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The Service Provider does not collect or store payment card information.

Apple may process purchase-related information according to Apple’s own privacy policy and terms.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed specifically to children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Canada Citizen Exam 2026 is an independently developed educational application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Government of Canada.

Its educational content is based on publicly available information and the official Discover Canada study guide. The Application does not represent an official government service or guarantee success in the Canadian citizenship examination.

Security

Because the Application does not transmit or store users’ personal information on servers operated by the Service Provider, personal data is not maintained in an external developer database. Users remain responsible for protecting access to their devices.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Application’s functionality or legal obligations change. Any revised policy will be published at this same public address with an updated effective date.
