캠뱃 (CamBat) 개인정보처리방침

본 방침은 캠핑용 배터리 적산계 앱 캠뱃(CamBat)이 수집·이용하는 개인정보와 처리방침을 설명합니다. 본 앱은 Google 계정으로 로그인(Firebase Authentication)하며, 사용자의 배터리 적산/충·방전 로그(이하 “텔레메트리”)를 표시·동기화하기 위해 필요한 최소한의 정보를 처리합니다.

1. 수집 항목

  • 계정 식별자: Google 계정 이메일(읽기 전용), Firebase 사용자 ID(UID)
  • 앱 활동/텔레메트리: 배터리 전압/전류/SoC/적산 Ah 등 장치가 전송한 로그(사용자/기기와 연결됨)
  • 기기 식별자: Firebase 설치/인스턴스 ID(알림/세션 구분용)
  • 진단 데이터(선택): 충돌 로그/성능 데이터(Crashlytics/Performance 사용 시)

2. 처리 목적

  • 계정 관리 및 로그인 제공
  • 앱 기능 제공: 텔레메트리 저장·동기화·표시
  • 보안/사기 방지 및 서비스 안정성 개선
  • (선택) 익명 통계 분석 – 마케팅/광고 목적은 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 처리 및 보관

  • 전송 중 암호화: 모든 데이터는 HTTPS/TLS로 전송됩니다.
  • 보관 기간: 계정 삭제 또는 이용 목적 달성 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 서버 보안 로그 등은 최대 30일 보관 후 자동 삭제될 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자 제공/공유

본 앱은 사용자 데이터를 판매하지 않으며, 광고 SDK 등 제3자의 자체 목적 사용을 허용하지 않습니다. Firebase(인증/데이터베이스/클라우드 함수)는 서비스 제공자(처리자)로서 당사 지시에 따라 처리합니다.

5. 사용자 권리

  • 열람/정정/삭제: 앱 내 또는 아래 연락처로 요청하실 수 있습니다.
  • 동의 철회: 앱 삭제 또는 로그아웃으로 철회 가능하며, 계정 삭제를 요청하면 관련 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.

6. 계정 및 데이터 삭제 방법

  1. 앱 > 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제 버튼을 통해 즉시 삭제(지원하는 경우).
  2. 또는 아래 연락처로 Google 계정 이메일과 사용자 UID를 포함하여 삭제를 요청하세요. 영업일 기준 7일 이내 처리합니다.

개발 가이드: Firebase Auth 계정 삭제와 함께 Firestore의 사용자 텔레메트리 문서를 파기합니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 14세 미만(또는 현지 법령상 아동)에 대한 고의적인 개인정보 수집을 하지 않습니다.

8. 보안 조치

전송 암호화, 접근통제, 최소권한 원칙을 적용합니다. 다만 인터넷 기반 서비스의 특성상 100% 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

9. 변경

방침 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

This policy explains how CamBat, a camping battery coulomb meter app, collects and processes information. The app uses Google sign‑in (Firebase Authentication) and processes the minimum data required to store, sync, and display your battery telemetry.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account identifiers: Google account email (read‑only), Firebase User ID (UID)
  • App activity / Telemetry: battery voltage/current/SoC/accumulated Ah sent by your device (linked to user/device)
  • Device identifiers: Firebase installation/instance ID
  • Diagnostics (optional): crash and performance data if enabled

2. Purposes

  • Provide account and sign‑in
  • Provide app features: store/sync/display telemetry
  • Security/fraud prevention and service reliability
  • (Optional) aggregate analytics – no advertising or data selling

3. Processing & Retention

  • Encryption in transit: all data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS.
  • Retention: we delete data when your account is deleted or when the purpose is fulfilled. Server security logs may be kept up to 30 days.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data nor allow third‑party advertising SDKs to use it for their own purposes. Firebase acts as a processor on our behalf.

5. Your Rights

  • Access/Rectification/Erasure: request in‑app or via the contact below.
  • Withdraw consent: uninstall or sign out; request account deletion to erase related data.

6. How to Delete Your Account & Data

  1. In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account (if available).
  2. Or email us with your Google account email and user UID. We process requests within 7 business days.

7. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the applicable age of consent.

8. Security

We apply encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
