CallBridge (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by CallBridge Pte. Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you use the CallBridge mobile application (“App”) and related services.
By using CallBridge, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our App.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
(a) Information You Provide Directly
- Phone number (for account setup and verification)
- Text messages, voice call content, and transcripts generated through the App
- Contact information, if contact sync is enabled
- Feedback, support queries, or communications sent to us
(b) Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (model, OS version, app version, IP address)
- Usage data (pages/screens visited, session duration, features used)
- Diagnostic and performance data for troubleshooting and analytics
(c) Optional Data
If you grant permission, we may access your device’s contact list to simplify call initiation.
We do not collect precise GPS location data unless required for service optimization (e.g., regional server routing), and this data is anonymized and not stored permanently.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly to:
- Operate and provide our call transcription and messaging services
- Improve functionality, accessibility, and user experience
- Enhance the accuracy of our AI-powered features (e.g., speech recognition, translation)
- Ensure security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting
- Send important notifications or updates related to your account
We will never sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Processors
We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers that support our operations, including:
- Cloud infrastructure (e.g. Google Cloud)
- AI transcription and text-to-speech services (e.g. ElevenLabs, AssemblyAI)
- Analytics tools for improving app performance
These partners act as data processors and are bound by confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations under Singapore’s PDPA and international standards (GDPR-equivalent clauses).
5. Data Retention
We retain user data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above. Call and message transcripts may be retained for internal quality improvement or debugging, unless you request deletion.
You may request:
- Access to your personal data
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of your account and associated data

6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Secure cloud storage with restricted access
- Regular audits and monitoring for unauthorized access
While we take reasonable precautions, no system is entirely immune from security risks. You acknowledge that you use the App at your own discretion.
7. Children’s Privacy
CallBridge is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
If we become aware that a child has provided data, we will promptly delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located outside Singapore, in jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) are in place.
9. Your Rights (Under PDPA and Equivalent Laws)
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Withdraw consent at any time (may affect service availability)
- Be informed of how your data is used
