Welcome to BudgetWise, a mobile application developed by BURDEV Software ("we," "us," or "our").

BudgetWise is designed to help users manage their personal finances while keeping their financial information private and stored locally on their devices.

3. Local Data Storage

All financial information entered into BudgetWise is stored locally on your device.

Income and expense records

Budget categories

Financial calculations

Budget-related preferences and settings

Your financial information is not uploaded to our servers or shared with us.

You are responsible for managing the information stored on your device.

Device operating systems may independently manage backups according to your device settings and the backup services you use.

4. Advertising – Google AdMob

BudgetWise uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements.

BudgetWise is configured to display non-personalized advertisements only.

Non-personalized advertisements are not selected based on your previous browsing activity or personal interests. They may be selected using contextual information, such as general geographic location or application content.

Although advertisements are non-personalized, Google AdMob may automatically collect or process certain technical information, including:

IP addresses

Device and operating system information

Mobile advertising identifiers or other applicable identifiers

Advertising interactions

Diagnostic and performance information

Such information may be used for advertising delivery, frequency capping, aggregated reporting, fraud prevention, and security.

Non-personalized advertising does not necessarily eliminate the use of device identifiers or other technical data.

No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access to a device.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Financial data entered into BudgetWise remains stored locally on your device unless you remove it.

You may delete individual records using the App's available features.

You may also remove locally stored App data by deleting the application and its associated data from your device, subject to operating system behavior and backup settings.

We do not maintain server-side copies of your personal financial records and therefore cannot retrieve or delete such records remotely.

Information independently processed by third-party services is subject to those providers' retention and deletion policies.

9. Children's Privacy

BudgetWise is a personal finance management application intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly request or directly collect personal information from children through the App's core functionality.

Third-party advertising services may process technical information as described in this policy.
