This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play **Bubble Up**
("the Game", "we", "our"), a mobile game published by **Mucahit Korkmaz** ("the Developer"). By playing the Game, you agree to
the practices described in this policy.
Bubble Up is designed to be safe for a general audience, including children. **The Game does
not require an account, and it never asks for your name, email address, phone number, photos,
contacts, or location.**
## 1. Information We Do NOT Collect
- No personal information (name, email address, postal address, phone number).
- No account registration or login.
- No access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise location.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
## 2. Information Stored Only on Your Device
The Game saves the following data locally on your device so it can remember your progress and
preferences. This data stays on your device and is **not** transmitted to us or to any server:
- High score, best floor, and gameplay statistics.
- Settings (control sensitivity, sound and vibration on/off).
- Your advertising consent choice.
Uninstalling the Game removes this data.
## 3. Advertising
The Game displays ads so that it can remain free to play. Ads are provided by **Unity Ads**
(Unity Technologies). Because the Game is directed to children, **only non-personalized
(contextual) ads are shown** — ads are not tailored to a user's interests or past behavior.
To deliver ads and to limit how often they appear, the ad provider may process limited
technical data such as a device advertising identifier, coarse (country-level) region, device
type, and operating system version. This data is used for ad delivery and frequency control,
not to identify you personally.

- We do **not** use personalized advertising, cross-app tracking, or profiling of children.
On first launch, the Game asks for your consent regarding advertising data. You may decline;
the Game remains fully playable and will continue to show only non-personalized ads permitted
by applicable law.
## 4. Children's Privacy
Bubble Up is suitable for children and is operated in line with the U.S. Children's Online
Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including
protections for children (GDPR-K):
- No personal information is collected from children.
- Only non-personalized ads are served.
- There are no social features, chat, or user-generated content.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us
(Section 7) and we will take appropriate steps.
## 5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. The limited technical data used for
advertising is processed by our ad provider (Unity) under its own privacy policy, for the sole
purpose of showing ads within the Game.
## 6. Security & Data Retention
Because the Game does not collect personal data on our servers, there is no personal profile
for us to store or that could be breached. Data saved on your device remains under your control
and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the Game.
