Botlista is an app for managing fines, payment status and small internal settlements in groups. The app can be used by sports teams, friend groups, trip groups, collectives and other groups that want to keep track of rules, fines and payment status.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, how it is stored, and how it is protected.

- Your name and email address when you create an account or sign in
- Group names, group descriptions and invite codes
- Group membership information and admin roles
- Fine templates and custom fines created by group admins
- Fines assigned to members
- Payment status, such as paid or unpaid
- Complaint messages submitted by members

- Group images uploaded by admins
- Timestamps related to group activity, fines, payments and complaints

This information is used only to provide the app’s functionality.

2. User accounts and authentication

Botlista uses email and password authentication through Supabase.

Your email address is used to identify your account and allow you to sign in. Botlista does not use your email address for advertising or marketing.

3. Data storage and synchronization

Botlista stores and syncs app data using Supabase. This allows your data to sync between your devices and between members of the same group.

Group data may be visible to other members of the same group. This may include member names, profile images, assigned fines, payment status, complaint status and group activity.

Only users who are members of a group can access that group’s data.

4. Photos and user content

If you upload a profile image or group image to Botlista, the image is stored using Supabase Storage.

Profile images may be visible to other members of groups you are part of. Group images may be visible to all members of that group.

5. Payments

Botlista does not process payments.

The app only tracks payment status, such as whether a fine has been marked as paid or unpaid. Any actual payment or money transfer happens outside the app.

6. Data sharing

Botlista does not sell your personal data.

Your data is not shared with advertisers or third-party marketing services.

Data may be shared only in these cases:

- With members of groups you join or create
- With Supabase services required for authentication, database storage, image storage and synchronization
- If required by law

7. Tracking and advertising

Botlista does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Botlista does not use third-party advertising.

8. Data retention and deletion

Your data remains stored for as long as your account, groups or group content remain active.

You can delete or edit content inside the app where delete and edit functionality is available. Group admins may delete groups, remove members, edit group information and manage group content.

If you want your account or associated personal data deleted, you can contact us using the contact information below.

9. Security

Botlista uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, file storage and synchronization. Access to group data is protected using authentication and database access rules.

You are responsible for choosing carefully who you invite to a group and who you give admin rights to.
