BodyMetrics ("the app") is a health calculator app. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data stays on your device

BodyMetrics stores everything you enter — height, weight, age, sex, activity level, measurements, and calculation history — locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to a server, because this app doesn't have one.

No accounts, no tracking

There's no sign-up, no login, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. The app doesn't collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

No third-party sharing

Since your data never leaves your device, it's never shared with, sold to, or processed by any third party.

Deleting your data

Use Settings → Clear all data in the app to permanently erase every stored profile field and saved record from your device. Uninstalling the app has the same effect.

Health disclaimer

BMI, calorie, ideal weight, water, and body-fat figures are general estimates based on standard formulas (e.g. Mifflin-St Jeor, Devine/Robinson, U.S. Navy method). They are not medical advice — consult a healthcare professional for guidance specific to you.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised date above.
