This privacy policy applies to the BlueXSIM app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Hedy (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is provided "AS IS."
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect, store, or upload any personal user data to external servers. All data and settings are stored locally on your device.
The Application may request access to certain device features to provide its functionality:
Location Services: If you choose to enable location permissions, the Application uses your device's location to record the approximate location of the external device when it disconnects from your iPhone. This feature is optional and helps you locate lost devices. Location data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers.
Bluetooth: The Application uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to connect to an external device, enabling features such as making/receiving calls, sending/receiving messages, and controlling the external device. No personal data is collected or transmitted during this process.
The Application does not require user login and does not collect any personally identifiable information.
The Application's network access is solely used for firmware updates of the connected Bluetooth device. These updates do not involve any personal user data.
The Application does not collect or transmit any other data, such as IP addresses, usage statistics, or analytics.
Third Party Access
The Application does not transmit any user data, whether personal or anonymized, to external services or third parties.
Information Disclosure
Since the Application does not collect or store any personal user data, there is no user data to disclose. However, the Service Provider may be required to disclose information in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
Opt-Out Rights
You can easily stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Application does not collect or retain any personal user data. Any data related to the Application's functionality is stored locally on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the Application.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider at easonlyz2011@gmail.com so that necessary actions can be taken. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries, we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
Security
Since the Application does not collect or transmit personal user data, there is no need for measures to protect the confidentiality of personal information. However, the Service Provider takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of the Application itself.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 1, 2025.
