Privacy Policy – Blood Moon RPG

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum data necessary to operate the game and ensure user experience:

Email and password (for account creation and authentication)

User age (to adjust in-game features appropriately by age group)

Manual save data (users are responsible for saving progress manually; see section 5)

Purchase history (to verify and ensure transparency in in-app transactions)

We do not collect any other personally identifiable information.

2. Use of Information

Collected data is used to:

Enable login and cloud saving

Adjust features based on age (e.g. restrict chat or purchases for younger players)

Track payment records for customer support and fraud prevention

3. Shared Account Across Series

Your account may be used across multiple games within the Blood Moon Series, allowing shared login and access to certain features or rewards across titles.

4. Data Storage

All data is securely stored using Firebase (by Google). Firebase complies with international privacy and security standards.

We use Firebase for:

User authentication

Game save data

Analytics and event tracking

Purchase verification logs

5. Manual Data Storage Responsibility

The game relies on manual data saving initiated by the user. Dream Studio Team VN is not responsible for data loss caused by user error (e.g., forgetting to save, closing the app during saving, using unsupported devices, etc.).

We recommend saving your game frequently and verifying your save is complete before exiting.

6. Licensed Assets

We use some audio and visual content from the Unity Asset Store.
All assets are properly licensed and used under Unity’s terms for commercial distribution.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect unnecessary data from users under 13 years old. Age is only used to disable certain features (e.g., purchases or chat) for younger users.

If you believe a child has provided data improperly, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

User data is retained as long as the account remains active.
You can request full account deletion at any time via email.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dream Studio Team VN is not liable for data loss resulting from:

Incorrect manual save operations

Device malfunctions or network failures during saving

Use of modified or unauthorized versions of the game

Please follow in-game instructions for data management carefully.

We may update this policy as needed. Major updates will be announced in-game or via email.
