A R S GENERAL TRADING Co. LLC ("we", "us", or "our") provides the Block Quest mobile game (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Game, why it is processed, the services involved, and the choices available to you.
1. Information processed by the Game
The Game may process the following categories of information:
- Game progress and settings: scores, records, unlocked levels, saved runs, boosters, lives or saves, sound settings, language, and notification preferences. This information is stored locally on your device.
- Gameplay and analytics information: game mode, level number, score, session duration, moves, cleared lines, combos, booster use, run results, and advertising results. Unity Analytics receives these events only after you grant analytics consent in the Game.
- Advertising and technical information: Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and their advertising partners may process device or other identifiers (including the Android advertising identifier where available), IP address, approximate location inferred from the IP address, device model, operating system, language, network information, ad impressions, ad interactions, and diagnostic information.
- Support communications: if you contact us, we process the email address and information you voluntarily include in your message so that we can respond.
The Game does not require an account. We do not intentionally collect your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment-card details through the Game.
2. How information is used

- operate the Game and preserve local progress;
- provide banner advertisements and optional rewarded video ads;
- grant the in-game reward selected by you after a rewarded ad;

3. Advertising
The Game contains advertising delivered through Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads. Banner ads may be displayed during gameplay. Rewarded video ads are optional and are shown only after you choose an advertised reward or continuation option.

If you enable notifications, the Game may schedule local reminders on your device. These reminders are generated locally and can be disabled in the Game settings or in Android system settings.

We use Unity services to provide advertising, mediation, and optional analytics. These providers may process information on our behalf or for their own advertising and security purposes under their applicable terms and privacy policies. The advertising networks enabled through LevelPlay may change over time; we will update this Policy if this materially changes how information is processed.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Game, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.
7. Data retention
Local game progress remains on your device until you clear the Game's data or uninstall it. Service providers retain advertising, analytics, and diagnostic information according to their own retention rules and legal obligations. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request and meet legal requirements.
8. Your privacy choices and deletion
- You may disable Unity Analytics in the Game settings.
- You may reset or limit the Android advertising identifier in Android settings.
- You may disable notifications in the Game or Android settings.
- You may delete locally stored progress by clearing the Game's app data or uninstalling the Game.
- You may contact us to ask questions or exercise rights available under applicable privacy law.
9. Children's privacy
Block Quest is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Unity and its partners may process information in countries other than your country of residence, using safeguards required by applicable law.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at the privacy-policy URL used in the Google Play listing, with a revised effective date.
