Welcome to Bizadsgo ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a safe, secure experience while using our mobile application (the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Bizadsgo. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the application.

A. Information You Provide directly to Us

  • Account & Identity Information: When you register for an account (via Email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In), we collect your full name, email address, profile picture, and user ID.
  • User-Generated Content: Photos, videos, post text, marketplace product listings, business page details, comments, and post likes created or uploaded by you.
  • Profile Information: Information you choose to add to your user profile, such as bio or business details.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Push Notification Identifiers: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens used solely for delivering push notifications (e.g., likes, comments, account updates).
  • Usage & Analytics Data: Log data regarding how you interact with the app (e.g., posts viewed, buttons tapped) to improve app performance and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: Authenticating users, rendering your posts, marketplace listings, business pages, and profile.
  • To Enable Social Features: Allowing users to like, comment, follow, and share content.
  • To Send Push Notifications: Informing you about interactions on your posts or account status updates.
  • To Ensure Safety and Compliance: Moderating reported content, enforcing our terms of service, and preventing fraudulent activities.
  • Customer Support: Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues.

3. Storage and Data Protection

  • Data Security: All user data is transmitted securely over HTTPS/TLS encryption and stored in encrypted infrastructure provided by Google Cloud Firebase Services (Firebase Auth, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage).
  • No Selling of Data: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or advertising networks.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Our App integrates trusted third-party service providers that process data strictly on our behalf under privacy-compliant agreements:

  • Firebase (Google LLC): For user authentication, cloud database, media storage, and push notifications.
  • Apple Sign-In (Apple Inc.): For secure account authentication on iOS devices.
  • Google Sign-In (Google LLC): For secure account authentication.

5. Device Permissions Requested

The App requests the following permissions only when required for specific features:

  • Camera Access (NSCameraUsageDescription): To capture photos and videos directly within the app for posts, profile pictures, and marketplace listings.
  • Photo Library Access (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription): To allow you to select existing photos and videos from your gallery to upload.
  • Microphone Access (NSMicrophoneUsageDescription): To record audio when capturing videos for posts.
  • Push Notifications: To deliver real-time notifications about app activities.

6. Account Deletion & Data Retention

In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1.1(v)):

  • User-Initiated Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.
  • How to Delete Your Account: Go to Settings -> Account -> Delete Account within the App. Upon confirmation, your account, personal details, posts, and media will be permanently deleted from our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we immediately delete it.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy and making the updated document available within the App and App Store listing.
