Welcome to the Bite app! Before using the app, we invite you to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions which regulate the use of the app and its services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
USER ACCOUNT:
1.1 Creating a user account is free and requires a valid email address and password.
1.2 The user account allows access to the menus of the restaurants registered in the app.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
1.4 Misuse of your user account for illegal actions is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
MERCHANT ACCOUNT:
2.1 Creating a merchant account is free and requires a valid email address, password, business name, address, city and logo.
2.2 The merchant account allows the registration of the business menu in the app.
2.3 The merchant account allows you to update the menu in real time, insert offers or discounts, and access various established features.
2.4 The merchant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her login credentials. Bite is not responsible for any violations of your personal account.
2.5 Falsification of details and venue names is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:
3.1 Bite does not guarantee the constant functioning of the app and declines any responsibility for malfunctions, bugs or termination of the app.
3.2 Users, whether merchants or not, are responsible for their own actions. Bite assumes no responsibility for illegal or incorrect actions committed by users.
3.3 Bite reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts that perform illegal actions or violate the Terms and Conditions.
3.4 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and Bite is not responsible for unauthorized access.
3.5 Bite does not assume responsibility for the dissemination of the unique link/QR code of the activity or for improper use of the same.
3.6 Falsification of details and names of premises is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, Bite reserves the right to terminate the account by deleting it from the platform.
3.7 Bite is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the app.
3.8 Bite is not responsible for the content of the menus of the restaurants registered in the app, including errors, omissions or violations of third party rights.
3.9 Bite reserves the right to cease to exist at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, automatically eliminating all locations and users present in the app.
GENERAL PROVISIONS:
4.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Bite harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, etc., arising from your use of the app or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Bite reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be automatically inserted into the app and by continuing to use the app, users accept the modified Terms and Conditions.
4.3 The user, whether merchant or not, has the responsibility to periodically check our terms and conditions in order to identify the existence of any changes, reported in the header of the Terms and Conditions.
