Bhutu Kai Kids – Learn Assamese

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Bhutu Kai Kids – Learn Assamese mobile application (“Application”), developed by EduVerse Studio (“Service Provider”), provided as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, content, graphics, logos, audio, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider.

You may not:

Copy or modify the Application or any part of it

Attempt to extract or reverse engineer the source code

Create derivative works

Use trademarks or branding without permission

All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

2. Use of the Application

The Application is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the Application.

You agree not to misuse the Application in any way that could harm the Service Provider or other users.

3. In-App Purchases

The Application offers optional in-app purchases (such as unlocking premium content).

All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

The Service Provider does not collect or store payment information. Payment processing is handled directly by Google Play.

All purchases are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

4. Internet and Network Usage

Some features of the Application may require an internet connection.

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

Lack of internet connectivity

Mobile data charges

Roaming charges

Issues caused by network providers

You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the Application.

5. Device Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining:

The security of your device

Sufficient battery charge

Updated operating system compatibility

The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by device modifications (such as rooting or jailbreaking).

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

While the Service Provider strives to ensure reliability and accuracy, they are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss

Data loss

Service interruptions

Compatibility issues

7. Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application at any time.

You agree to install updates when made available.

The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
