• There is no remote storage of user data.
• All operations occur locally on your device.

Children’s privacy
PickSide is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently gathered data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of PickSide after changes indicates your acceptance.

Safety standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
• Zero-tolerance policy: PickSide prohibits any content that depicts, promotes or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
• Reporting mechanism: If any user encounters or becomes aware of CSAE content within the app or its community channels, they should report it immediately by emailing us.
• Immediate action: Upon receiving a report, we will promptly review the report, remove any offending content, suspend accounts if applicable, and notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Cooperation with authorities: We fully cooperate with legal requests and investigations regarding CSAE and will provide any information we have to assist law enforcement.
• User education: We provide resources and guidance on recognizing and reporting CSAE to ensure our users remain informed and safe.
